Kira Rising was born from experience – not theory.
During law school, I was a high-performer with unmanaged stress. What looked like success from the outside was, on the inside, a slow decline in health.
Years later, life delivered another breaking point – one that required rebuilding everything from the ground up, while becoming a mother on my own.
These were initiations into the truth I now teach. What began as survival became a living practice and the foundation of Kira Rising.
